About the show:
When teenage livewire Holly Tyler (Amanda Bynes) moves to New York City to live with her straitlaced older sister Valerie, everything in Val's overly organized life begins to unravel. One mistake was hooking Holly up with a job at the public relations agency where she works; now they can never escape each other!

They may be blood related, but Val quickly realizes that Holly's tendency to jump head first into situations often lands them both in hot water. But no matter what happens in their unpredictable lives, one constant remains - the sisters' affection and concern for each other's happiness… awww!
